After "rogering" his undercarriage, this is the result of David's newest mod. No more muffler! Sorry the pic is kinda blurry. I was laying on the dirty ground, outside, in the dark, and in the cold (...walking in a blizzard, blah, blah, blah!).

We went to dinner tonight and I heard the car for the first time. I am definitely wearing earplugs on our drive in the mountains tomorrow!

hard to tell from that angle....is it rubbing your bumper?
the echo through the mountains will be crazy -- PITA & the EPA will be after you :)

No bumper rub. ...and it won't move around, and melt my bumper at the track either.

Do you think you gained any HP or just noise? That would be interesting to know how much power (if any) you gain from doing something like that. Might be a good mod to carry with you to the track and do a quick swap if you don't want to hear it all the time. I can't wait to hear it this evening. Does it backfire at all or is it really smooth?

In that case, you have to be putting 300hp to the wheels. ;) My ears are still ringing. :)

Tell me about it. Wendy is using ear plugs everywhere we go. I need to get a set.

I think I heard you and saw you on Saturday heading west on 20 right where the road goes into 2 lanes for a brief 1/2 mile.:p

Yes. It was a little after 8 and you had just pulled out from behind a truck to pass.

Thanks Danny. It is way too loud for the streets though. I'll be getting a ticket for it soon(it's just a matter of time).
