Do it!! I'm not going to be driving real hard. I have crap Kuhmo711's on the back of the car, My ABS isn't working cause I screwed up one of the sensor cables when I was fixing the cv joint, ...and I still have a new engine with less than 500 miles on it. ...eh..who am I kidding? I'm going to be driving as fast as I can :D

Why do I have a feeling that you'll be at the Pontiac dealer again next week?

That will not be the case. I'm going to break things, this is true. I'm learning to fix them on my own. Now that the car is in proper working order, I couldn't be happier.

I may be there too, or catch up with you on the 180 loop. Gotta sleep in a bit and exercise first. Tough to do both at the same time! :D

[QUOTE=tmelch], or catch up with you on the 180 loop.

You need to go the reverse direct to "Keep up with the Joneses"
:rolf: :rolf:

I have waiting to say that.

I've been waiting for someone to say that too.

If anyone wants to show up later, we will be using radio channel 4, with no sub channel.

Warning: I just had some exhaust work done. My car is loud as hell. I had the muffler removed :D

I am going to have to back out from the drive. I just noticed that my tires have rappidly gone from need to replace soon to bald as a baby's ass in the last few months. So, it looks like I will be getting new rubber this Saturday instead.

Keep the shiny side up ya'll. :)

If they're not showing cords yet, you should be good to go. Just kidding. It's about time you get some new tires.:D

Cords showing are just a few miles away. One rear has barely enough rubber left to make out the tread pattern. I did a  when I saw it...I can't believe I made it home in that rain Tuesday. A nice set S03's are in my near future. :D

Joe,

I'm trying to get new tires Saturday, but I think I can make it even if can't find some by then.

Do you mean b/c of the engine particle shooter you made by removing your muffler and replacing it with a straight pipe (not to mention that the guy behind you won't be able to hear anything that did hit his car)?

Watch out Lee, we might have a competitor in the rear projectile wars:D

No, I feel bad for them because of the headache they will have after listening to the exhaust, and having to breathe tire smoke for most of the drive:D

We are back from our drive up in the mountains. It was AWESOME! It was a little chilly at first, but the weather really turned out great. It was just Lee, David and I (with me as passenger in David's car). David is really happy to be driving his car again, but really needs to fix the ABS. He kept locking up the front brakes and having issues as a result. We ran into a really cool gal named Ashley. She came up to us when we were at a gas station. She had full leathers on from riding her bike and told us she had an S2000 also, but it's not her daily driver (has only about 8000 miles on it). She loved how both Lee's and David's cars sounded. I gave her an s2katlanta card. Hopefully she will get on the board! We also played on 19 a bit with an insane motorcyclist. We got to talking to him at the top of the mountain - he was riding with full slicks, no rearview mirrors, no license plate...NO fear. The stuff he could do was pretty amazing. We were hungry for lunch and he told us about a bbq place that's he rents property too just down the road. It's Davey's BBQ, and it's behind the Booger Hollow Citgo. It was tiny and you eat outside, but we REALLY enjoyed that food. The motorcycle guy had a big storage building behind Citgo as well, with all sorts of "toys" in it...more motorcycles, a truck, bikes, a motorboat. We think his name was Curt, and he was a neat person. We drove home in the early afternoon and saw 5-6 S2000's, no one that we recognized...maybe s2kquicksilver, but we weren't sure. Most of the S's were Sebrings, one red and one white (seen in Lawrenceville). When we got home Lee, talked me through hard wiring my radar detector! I did it! All by myself! I'm really happy about it. Now I have to go clean up a little bit for the show tonight. My car is still dirty - sorry! See y'all soon though!
