well i want a clutch for my 100% stock s2000. is the oem one the best way to go? i don't want stage 3 and i don't do autocross or drag anymore.

about i year ago i just drove my car hard VERY HARD and maybe i need some new gears as well. is that all i need?

i heard...or read that exedy makes the toughest clutch for n/a s2ks...i forget which, but you might want to do a search on s2ki.com (just type exedy or clutch)... you should be able to find something better than oem...

actually although i tore the **** out of my car in the past it isn't slipping and i don't think changing the clutch would change my problem?

what could it be everythime i put my shift knob in gears i keep hearing a clicking sound... could it be the gears? anything else?

When was the last time you changed your transmission fluid?

Change your clutch fluid, trans fluid and diff fluid before doing any hardware. You can use stock fluids or upgrade to fluids like LE 607 for the diff which is great, Redline MT90 or GM syncromesh friction modified for the tranny seems to get great reviews and any DOT3 for the clutch.
