Top Repair?

I put the top up this morning and saw that the plastic stiffener, that is just below the window in the top, is coming off onone side.

Can this be glued back on?

Has it happened to anyone else?

Is this the result of my car being in Florida for its first four years?

Thanks, I have bookmarked the page. But, unfortunately, this wasn't covered in any of the TSBs.
