I am not trying to sell cars to you guys, since i work for dealer, just trying to give you some kinda idea on those retail prices and how low you should go for.

Okay, I'll be the first to take you up on your offer. If I wanted to sell my 2002 S2000 w/ 28,000 miles how much should I expect to get sell it for to a private party?

How much would the trade-in be worth?

The car is in nearly flawless condition, no mods to speak of, basically stock. Just wondering because I may want to buy a 2005 S2000 when they come out.

ok person 2 person.....23k-24k depends on condition but since s2k is rare vehicle you can offer few hundred more.

Auto Auction buying price will be around 21k-22k.

Trade in case.... little bit different between the buyers but i am guessing around

$19500 to 20k...if they want to give you more than that, watch out the price on the car that you are going to purchase...

Thanks, since I really don't see any significant improvements that would make me want to spend at least $8k on a newer model I'll be keeping my car for now.

I checked www.cars.com and found a 2004 Silverstone w/6,000 miles it for $26k at a dealership in S.C. Tempting...
