First you need to figure out where you plan on machining the thing, I bought mine cause it was cheaper and bunches less trouble but I will gladly get you the steel.If you make your own you can be sure that nobody else has one like it.

I bought mine cause it was cheaper and bunches less trouble but I will gladly get you the steel.If you make your own you can be sure that nobody else has one like it.It would be one of a kind. Wonder what the finish would be like compared to aluminum or titanium, and how would it stand up too long time use? If it's like most of my projects it will take me a year to finish it!! I have a feeling I'm going to just buy one.

Tom, just to fill you in on the "particulars"...swerved to miss a rabbit while heading over to lunch at Fontana Dam...grass on the side of the road was wet...once I hit the grass I was just along for the ride...the pictures tell the rest of the story...

Both cell phone and PDA were sitting in the passenger seat at the time of the accident...the impact launched both off into space someplace...never to be found...


Sad part of this whole story is that it didn't even happen ON the dragon...but on a side road while driving to lunch...not driving hard...not "hot dogging"...just driving...stupid rabbit...
