It has been WAY too long and my patience is gone. I have tried my best to create a Win = Win senario out what has got to be the worse experience anyone could ever have faced. At the last hour, I have been thrown yet another obsticle. This latest issue has caused me more grief than I can handle.
I have decided to pull the plug on the project.
I know that some of you think I am an idiot for letting this go on for as long as it has. What can I say, maybe you are right. I feel that I have been fair, honest, patient, and understanding through this whole ordeal.
Words cannot describe my heartache.... It is a very sad day..

Todd, stop by PigNChik tonight and we'll buy you a pork sandwich and a couple of beers, and we'll talk about it. You sure you have to can the project? After all you've been through there's got to be a way to salvage it!

Sorry to hear that it didn't work out. So what's the plan now if your not going to add the turbocharger? Can the engine run okay w/o the turbo but with all the other work that was done to for the turbo?

I had a long meeting with Sherry and Chris today. We have agreed to give the project one more week to get the car running, and another for tuning.
I truely believe that they want to get the car up and running as much as I do.
Our ultimate goal will be to have the car ready for the Nopi Nationals here in Atlanta.
Keep your fingers crossed, and thanks for your support!

Ok...Anyone want an update?
One Head, One more set of crank shaft bearings, One more manifold, one rebuild on the turbo, one 3 bar map sensor, one more Down pipe, and add an oil primer pump later, we finally got the car running. We finally got past the Vtec issues. Today was the day to go to the tuners!
But, at the last minute, the rebuilt turbo failed!!!! Jeremy determined the problem in last than one hour. They have shipped it back to Texas (under warranty) to be rebuilt again or replace it.
So .... I am still waiting and Spring is Springing! The guys at Alan Cox have been great. They have been keeping me abreast of the changes / issues, and have been working their tails off to get the car up and running. I truely hope this is the last issue.
I am sure that there is a whole new group of members that I have not even met. Can't wait to get back in the groove!
So...wish me luck...again! Hope to see you all real soon!
PS> Any need a new car or a beater, let me know. I could use a sale to help pay the S bills!

I was there yesterday. It still appears to be in good shape minus a turbo. Do tires have a half life? If so, you might want to change them :D

Todd, you certainly are a patient man. I hope they get it running with or without the turbo.
I am looking to buy on old pickup truck under $4,000.00.
I am also looking for an old reliable car for a teenager for under $3,000.00.
Hang in there Todd.
