Boy, they're very proud of their Dragon, they've got a name for most every corner. Can't wait! Less than four weeks away! Hope the cops are on a call somewhere else.

Mike Jenness (aka the General) and I did the Dragon yesterday. Two runs each way. Big fun. No cops, no problems. Well, a minivan did scare the hell out of me, when they decided they wanted to use my side of the road.


There was several sections of tar and gravel road construction before you get to the Crossroads. Not to bad, but a little bit of loose stuff. Should be fine by next month.

Wait, is this map saying that it is 11 miles from Mur'vl (I lived there, that is the way locals pronounce it) to Cheoah dam? (I worked for Alcoa, they own Cheoa dam & all the power coming from it)
