Anyone have an OBD-2 scanner?

If it's a common problem the ECM will do a "CEL blink code" if you ask it just right. I have some information here: http://www.baustnet.com/honda/misc/dtc.htm

You have an '04, right? Then your DLC connector will be behind the radio. Oh, you have the Car Chip, so you already know where it is.

It's the SRS light that is on the Accord. Apparently that is not readable from OBD-II port. There is some kind of custom tool/box to read out this type of code. Do you know anything about it?
