Reading that thread you linked to a few of those guys were saying that the SLAP shows are pretty lame, which says it maybe not worth it for me to drive to the other side of town to see. The SCCA race at Road Atlanta may be more to my liking I'll probably go there instead.

The thread had opinions going both ways. Some said it was lame last year other said it wasn't. Just like any event, some will like it, some won't... Just depends on what interests people have.

I went one year and it was pretty cool.... especially if you like audio equipment!
