It has been voted and decided on that starting in October of this year, all S2kAtlanta events excluding monthly drives, track days and weekly meets will be paid member access only. So, events like the rice day, wash/wax days, the rafting trip, panoz tour, and similar events will not be available to non-paid members starting in October.

In the past everything has been opened to everyone because we were a small club. Now that we are growing, it's time to reward paid members with more exclusivity and opportunities than we were able to in the past. It's also a good reason for current non-paid members to join in and support the club.

Don't forget, Subscription is only $35 for the whole year and gets you discounts at many high quality local vendors and shops as well as letting you participate in all these member only events. If you have any questions about membership or the club, let me or any administrator know and we'll do our best to answer you. Thanks.

I think it's great that the club is growing! Just please be clear on the guidelines for participation.

I have no sticker, nor shirt. I have not been to a meet to get anything yet! I should be able to get to Tuesdays meet though, I am off at six. Will be nice to put some faces with names.

That would be good. Hopefully Doctor T will have the new membership cards by then. We recently ran out and are making more. We're also low on shirts unless you're an XL. We didn't expect to get so many members this year. I think we're going to make another batch of 2005 shirts since demand is high.

Same here. Do we have to be at meet to get them or can the membership package be mail to us?

Another question: are we affiliated with s2ki at all? Because I noticed they also have a membership fee as well. :confused:

No we are not affiliated with S2ki. We are our own entity. If you want your stuff mailed to you contact DoctorT through either PM or email. He's in charge of membership so he can get you squared away. You might have to wait on the next batch of T shirts though as our current batch is running low on regular sizes. He should have everything else though.

Hey everyone... I had fun tonight at my first meeting, thanks for the warm welcome. I talked to some people about going on the Panoz tour this coming Saturday, which I think I can make. What time would you all expect to be done by?

Unfortunately I have my insurance and car payment coming up next week, but after those go through I'll paypal the registration fee over.
