lol I tried to talk her into the 3g.. but she read a review saying that it's not much faster (internet wise), so any argument was lost at that point... but quesiton: is the version 3 16gig unlockable? I found one on craigslist for a decent price..

it has been unlocked but the program to unlock it has not been released yet. If you want, get one and when the software is released, I'll do it for you. :)

I know this doesn't help you but I just bought an 8GB one from a co-worker that I unlocked myself for 100 bucks :D Post up on craigslist you might be able to find some there!
