WTB: 2 spare tires - parting my car out to ground

I think I'm going to go ahead and part my car out to the ground and do an SR20 240. I need the power/speed but I'm getting to a point in life where I need to focus my financial priorities elsewhere.

I have a damaged stock wheel and one spare, but I'll need two more to make my car somewhat "mobile" after I take off my SSR Comps. If anyone has a "spare" spare wheel for cheap let me know :goodjob:

If you need stuff from an 00' s2k start thinking - I'll have things available to buy very soon like my wheels, coilovers, turbo kit, diff, axles, tranny, competition stage 3 clutch, a full, working motor, body panels, interior pieces, etc. My rear bumper, and convertible top are not in selling condition but the rest is quality.

2nd. Are you needing just the tires. I am putting the r1r's back on the S on Saturday and have a set of tires that are coming off the car. If ya need a few of them just let me know. rears are 225/55 and the fronts are 205/55's.

2nd. Are you needing just the tires. I am putting the r1r's back on the S on Saturday and have a set of tires that are coming off the car. If ya need a few of them just let me know. rears are 225/55 and the fronts are 205/55's.

It makes perfect sense to me - I can have a fully functional 350-400 hp 240 for around 7-8K with low insurance and OBDI emissions so when I have my AEM standalone, I don't have to worry about paying someone 500 bucks to pass my OBDII car. I'm also paying 250/month for insurance right now and everything on the s2k is much more expensive. I'm going to have a car that is almost as fast/agile with an additional 8-10k in my pocket to put toward grown up things in life :D

Buying two spares for $20 each sounds good to me, unless I can resell the 350 wheels that Hoa offered. I'll decide today and let you guys know :)

ok, I thought you meant you were going to BUILD the 240....if you are buying it that way then the statement makes since to focus your finances somewhere else then the car.

Ok, well I thought I would offer the tires, it sounds like you have the spare tire thing covered, but I also have one..

Oh I'm going to build the 240 - but I can get a shell for a grand, get an sr20, build it, get suspension, wheels, and new paint job for around 7K total... I think I'll eventually get around 17K for parting out my car, although it'll take awhile to sell everything.
