Can speakers be repaired? Just like the title says. I have a 12" sub and 2 6.5 speakers.

Not for a good price. You would pay more for the repair than you would for new speakers.

exactly. Unless you shelled out thousands of $$ for some super nice speakers, it's not worth repairing. Just take them out back and put them out of their misery with a shotgun. I have one if you need to borrow it.

I just don't understand. They almost look like nothing is wrong with them. Why can't you just fix them. Super glue and some duct tape and maybe a sodering tool.

what's wrong with them? Did you blow them or accidentally break a connection or something. Bring them to the meet tonight and i'll tell you if there's any hope.
What exactly is wrong with them? Did the voice coil burn out? Are they making funny noises? About the only thing you can do to fix speakers is to reglue speaker cones onto the surrounds, if you've got separation. Other than that, just replace them.

I just don't want to throw them away. They never were played. It was pretty much electricuted by my battery and amp.

So you blew them? If you passed a high current through the voice coil, there's a chance you either fused or melted gaps in the voice coil. If that's the case, then there's no chance of repair. If a wire came out of the cone or you broke the mounting plate for the harness, then that's a different story.
