While I was in Croatia frequenting one of the clubs at night, I slammed on my brakes and had to do a double take in the parking lot on a dark grey car that looked like a Ferrari of some sort. I found out that it was the Fiat Coupe. They stopped making them back in 2001 I think to replace with the Barchetta (which is defitely an amazing convertible). Cars like this always impress me to see that exotic looks can be had with an affordable price. I just wish american auto makers would realize this (Japanese automakers as well for that matter).

Nice package as well, Recaro seats, Brembo brakes, and Momo wheels. The best of italy in a nice affordable ride.

Yeah, it's not so hip from the side or the back, but looking straight on it's really impressive. If it was a bit wider, that would help too.

In the last pic it looks like (old body style) 300ZX meets Chevy Cavalier... but i like the look of it in the first pic.

I can guarantee you that after one week of driving that POS or the Barchetta you'll be ready to upgrade to a Yugo (or even better, a Trabant).

Fiat totally suck at making cars and if it wasn't for the blind patriotism of the Italians, Fiat would have been out of business a long time ago. In Italy they're perfect because no car can last more that 5 years before it's a complete wreck, which about matches the lifespan of their build quality.

It looks "Ferrari-ish" because it was designed by Pininfarina.

I will admit though that the first car I ever drove was a Fiat 126. When I say drove I really mean sitting on grandads lap steering while he worked the pedals - I was only 8 at the time. Those were the day's.
